Meet Our Team
DR. ROMAN LAMBERSKI
Dr. Lamberski completed his veterinary training in 2003 from Louisiana State University, followed by an internship in equine orthopedic and soft tissue surgery from 2003-2004. Dr. Lamberski entered private practice after his internship and has been practicing in Westmoreland County for 19 years.

His professional interest is focused on surgery where he has completed training in fracture repair utilizing plate and external fixation techniques, cranial cruciate ligament stabilization utilizing the tibial tuberosity advancement procedure, medial patellar luxation correction utilizing a tibial tuberosity transposition in conjunction with a wedge trochleoplasty procedure. He has also completed training in Laparoscopic and Endoscopic procedures including laparoscopic gastropexies, laparoscopic spays, and laparoscopic abdominal cryptorchidectomy.
In his time off, Dr. Lamberski volunteers as a firefighter with the Greensburg fire
department. He is also a member of the Greensburg dive team, swift water rescue team, and the bloodhound search and rescue team.
Hayley is a Registered Nurse that spent 15 years working in Labor and Delivery before
leaving to work in veterinary medicine. She started as an Inventory manager in 2013
and moved up to full practice manager and part owner of PAWS when it opened in
2022. When not sitting behind her desk doing the day-to-day chores of running an
office, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, traveling to new places, hunting
and scuba diving. She loves to spend time with family and friends whenever possible. At
home, she has two cats and Thunder, the office dog.

Practice Manager
Tausha graduated from St Vincent College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in
2010. Since before graduation, she has worked as a veterinary technician and surgical
technician with Dr. Lamberski. At work, Tausha enjoys working with orthopedic cases
and foreign body obstructions. As lead technician, she is responsible for maintaining the
equipment and communicating with technical support along with her other duties as a
supervisor. In her time away from work, Tausha enjoys spending time with her family,
riding horses, running and obstacle course racing. Along with her family, Tausha has a
horse, a pony, two dogs and a cat at home.

Lead Veterinary Technician
Maranda graduated from Veterinary Technical Institute in 2016 and has an Associate
Degree in Veterinary Technology. She was certified in 2017. She has worked in general
practice since graduating and her favorite things to do at work are monitoring
anesthesia and assisting with Laparoscopic and Orthopedic Surgeries. She enjoys
learning and teaching about pet nutrition as well. Outside of work, she enjoys the
outdoor life of camping, kayaking, backpacking, and hiking. Maranda has 2 dogs and a
cat that she loves spending time with.

Megan is working with us as a Veterinary Assistant while holding down two jobs. She
has worked in office management for the last 5 years and has her own LLC since 2019.
When not working at either job, she enjoys yoga, hiking with her two dogs and traveling.
Her favorite thing about this job is seeing all the puppies that come into the office every
day.

Jamie has an Associate Degree in animal science and has been working in the
veterinary field as a technician for 21 years. She enjoys all the medical cases we have
here at PAWS and assisting in the orthopedic and laparoscopic surgeries. Outside of
work, she enjoys hiking with her 2 dogs and hanging out at the farm. At home, she has
a parrot, leopard gecko and a cat as well as her dogs.

Kayla is a 2023 graduate of the Veterinary Technical Institute with an Associate Degree
in Veterinary Technology. She is patiently waiting to take her certification exam in the
next few months. When not at work, she enjoys trying new foods, traveling and
spending time with her dogs. Along with her 2 dogs, she also has 3 cats at home.

Gwen graduated with an Associate Degree as an Executive Secretary. She comes to
PAWS with 30 years of office experience. She enjoys crafting, flower gardening and
flower arranging, hunting, and spending time with her family and friends. She also
enjoys watching the Pens play. At home, she has two dogs she spends time with.

Kimmy works as a part-time receptionist at PAWS and has also been working as a
Certified Nursing Assistant for the last 9 years. She enjoys spending time outdoors with
her family, and she is a huge hockey fan, especially the Pens. She loves to spend time
at the beach as well. She has one dog at home that loves being ornery.

Celeste has an Associate Degree in specialized business and majored in Medical
Secretarial. When she is not answering the phones at work, she enjoys shopping,
reading, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys Zumba and
kayaking. She has two dogs at home that are always good for the stories she tells at
work.

Kelcey graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral Health from Pennsylvania State University, and is coming to us as a first-time receptionist. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, writing, and riding her motorcycle. She has three cats at home, each with their own unique personality.
